From the foreword: These are exciting times to be alive! While it may seem that the world is heading into a state of chaos, a more accurate description would be evolution. Times of evolution, like the birth of a child, are exciting, if not exhilarating. And these are exciting times. Of course, not everyone who sees change coming embraces it. Being forced to move outside our comfort zones often causes tension and anxiety. But with exposure to any change, the distant becomes familiar, the unknown becomes known. Let there be no doubt.
