Anotace knihy

The aim of this book is to provide consolidated information on the aspect of enzyme engineering. It presents essential information not only for undergraduate and graduate students, but also for the people in academia and industry in their quest for the commercial exploitation of potential enzymes. A brief history of enzyme technology is incorporated to present the milestones of enzyme advancement. The fundamentals of enzyme chemistry, biosynthesis of enzyme and its production are described to provide an insight on where and how the enzyme is produced.
