This 'one-stop' introduction to corporate insolvency law and practice is based on the classic text Pennington's Corporate Insolvency Law, 2nd Edition. The book has been updated and expanded to cover current issues of great importance such as the legal implications of insolvency on company directors, and restructuring and rescue options. This text addresses the growing cross-border corporate activity and the impact of insolvency upon it. Corporate Insolvency Law deals with the provisions of the new set of Insolvency Rules, which replace the 1986 Rules.
